Hanna Shansky, LMT
Hanna’s approach to massage combines muscular therapy with soft tissue work, providing great relief to chronic tension patterns which develop over time. She integrates techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point release, assisted stretching, and movement therapy to create sessions that are both dynamic and deeply healing. Her work addresses specific points of tension while also providing full-body relief and re-alignment. Hanna received her massage training at The Cortiva Institute in 2013 and became certified in Orthopedic Massage in 2017. Her treatment goals are to facilitate ease of movement, to help clients determine the source of their discomfort, and to aid in the journey towards living in a more balanced state of body and mind. She believes that the integration of therapeutic bodywork into a conscious lifestyle can be tremendously supportive to the well-being of any individual! Hanna is native to Massachusetts and enjoys hiking and playing music in her free time.

Bethany Acker, LMT & Certified Polarity Practitioner
As a child Lindsey always struggled with acne, so diving into esthetics was right up her alley! She considered herself blessed when she lost her job due to Covid, so with free time at her fingertips she decided to enroll at Spatech institute in westborough mass. She truly enjoys making people feel right at home and so relaxed with her facial massage techniques and lymphatic drainage work. She also enjoys using gua sha stones to help relax the muscles and more! “Nothing compares to meeting your client for the first time, and feeling there anxiety and stress due to their skin. Then after bringing them into your space and having them feel your touch and slowly you feel them relax. That’s what I’m here for. Not just for your skin, but for your relaxation. Through relaxation; your skin will also calm. Taking down your stress and anxiety is one way to help with acne and other issues like tight facial muscles. And I truly enjoy helping people relax and getting their skin back to a healthy balance. Great skincare and giving yourself time to calm your mind is key and I intend on helping all my clients get to where they want to be with their skin!
